Hotel reservations for BIO Investor Forum at the Palace Hotel will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All reservations, changes and cancellations will be made on an individual basis. Attendees can secure/modify and/or cancel their housing as follows:
- Telephone Hotel's Reservation Department by calling toll free at 1-888-627-7196
- Online Reservation System
- Complete and fax the PDF form with payment to 415-243-4120.
- Hotel will enforce a seventy-two (72) hour cancellation penalty. Any reservation cancellations that are received prior to seventy-two hours of arrival will not incur a penalty.
- Reservations cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one-night's room and tax.
To reserve at the BIO rate of $269.00, please contact the hotel directly or call the toll free number and request the group rate for the Biotechnology Industry Organization. The cut off date to make a reservation is 5:00 pm, September 16, 2007. Any reservations received after September 16, 2007 will be based upon availability of both space and rate.
