One-on-One Meetings
BIO will be hosting one-on-one meetings in private hotel rooms of the Palace Hotel. Registered biotechnology and life science company attendees, qualified investors and conference sponsors can pre-schedule one-on-ones through BIO's online One-on-One Meeting System. Create a Conference Account
If you are a registered biotechnology or life science company attendee and would like to either submit a presenting application and/or participate in One-on-one Meetings, you will need to first create a conference account. Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation that will contain your login information.
All Bank Sponsors and investors who do not already have a conference account should register here.

Investor-to-company meetings may only be requested by investors. Participating biotech companies may pre-schedule meetings with other participating life science companies. One-one-ones will be scheduled by BIO in 30-minute intervals from 10:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10 and from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, October 11. Scheduled meetings will take place in private rooms of the Place Hotel.
