In order to attend BIO-Asia 2006, you must now register onsite at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo starting Sunday, January 29, at 6:00 PM.
Online registration and registration by fax is now closed for companies headquartered outside China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, or Thailand.

Registration fees include access to all sessions, partnering meetings, breakfasts, luncheons (space availability basis) and receptions. Photo ID (driver's license or passport) and business card required at check-in.
*Additional attendee rates can only be redeemed online using a code. For an additional attendee rate code, please send an email to bioasia@bio.org. The rates only apply to companies that have one individual attendee already registered for the conference at the regular member or non-member rate.
Venture capital firms can register for BIO-Asia at a special VC rate. Please contact bioasia@bio.org for details.
Registration Deadlines
- November 15, 2005: Last day to register for the early rate. If paying by check the mailed check payments must be received at BIO at this time in order to receive the early rate.
- January 20, 2006: Cancellations must be received in writing by this date for a partial refund.
- January 20, 2006: Substitutions must be received in writing by this date to be made in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. Fax to 202-589-2543 or email to bioasia@bio.org by January 20, 2006, to qualify for a partial refund. A $350 US administrative fee will be deducted for all approved cancellations received by January 20, 2006. All refunds will be processed after the conference. After January 20, 2006, there will be no refunds.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions must be received in writing by January 20, 2006 to be processed in advance. Substitution requests received after January 20, 2006 will have to be done on-site.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be processed after the conference for:
1) Cancellations received in writing by January 20, 2006.
2) Proof of duplicate payment.
3) Charged incorrectly in relation to membership status.
No refund will be processed after the conference for:
1) Not showing up to the conference.
2) Cancellations received after January 20, 2006.
3) Substitutions received after January 20, 2006.
4) Becoming a member of BIO after January 31, 2006.
Membership Policy
Your company must be a BIO member in good standing on or before January 31, 2006, to receive the BIO member rate. BIO members pay significantly less to attend and participate in all of our meetings. Join BIO on or before January 31, 2006 and save at least US $800 off your BIO-Asia registration. BIO membership is company based; BIO does not offer individual memberships.
